The candidate for the Inside Sales position should be at home in a fast paced work environment and possess a sales background, focused on superior customer service and have automotive related experience.

The Candidate must also be self-motivated with a goal oriented focus. This is a commission based salary, based on your own performance.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist auto body and mechanical repair professionals with auto part needs
• Maintain and develop business relationships with new and current accounts
• Maintain required monthly sales expectations
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

• Able to work with and relate to a wide variety of customers
• Respond to customer requests and maintain timely communication
• Ensure customer order accuracy
• Follow up on customer quote requests and orders

Preferred

• Minimum 1 year sales experience with a customer focused service perspective
• Automotive experience, part sales, service consultant, mechanic

• Knowledge of vehicles, vehicle systems and component parts
• Be familiar with using computers, phone, internet based communications apps and technology

· Monday – Friday 7:30am-5:00pm

General Responsibilities and expectations include:

Generate revenue by promoting sales of in stock and out of stock inventory.

Assist Do it yourself “DIY”customers with sales of product and/or services, respond to questions regarding parts, pricing, services, etc.

Initiate sales calls to existing customers to provide parts for vehicle repairs.

Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers, or leads, to cultivate new business.Provide ongoing customer and technical service to existing accounts.

Process orders --perform order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data.

Proactively informing customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.

Coordinate with warehouse department to process orders for the customer.

Assume other duties assigned.
